Formerly known as Ganja La Chuli, Naya Kanga (5,844 m) rises to the west of Ganja La, and is a popular but difficult mountain to climb. The normal route to this peak is via the snowy north?east ridge. It is not yet clear who climbed this summit first. The most important reward of climbing Naya Kanga is the spectacular view of mountains in or near Tibet.

Day One

Arrival Kathmandu air port transfer hotel 1350.

Day Two

Prepare permit & briefing

Day Three

Drive Kathmandu to dunche and Syabru besi

Day Four

Shyabru besi - Lama Hotel

Day Five

Lama Hotel - Langtang

Day Six

Langtang - Kyanjing Gompa 3800m.

Day Seven

Kyanjing Gompa rest/acclimatization

Day Eight

Kyanjing Gompa - Naya Kanga Bese camp 4400m.

Day Nine

Naya Kanga rest in Base camp- rest

Day Ten

High camp 5000m.

Day Eleven

Summit Naya Kanga 5844m.and back to Base camp

Day Twelve

Base camp - Kyanging Gompa - Langtang village

Day Thirteen

Langtang - Lama Hotel

Day Fourteen

Lama Hotel - Syabru village

Day Fifteen

Shyabru village - Dhunche

Day Sixteen

Drive Dunche to Kathmandu and trasfer to hotel

Day Seventeen

Kathmandu

Day Eighteen

Final departure.
